I believe both of them to be fully compatible with both the Duo and the complete hucard library. If you seek pictures comparing the different converters, you've come to the correct place. Here is the official pcengine-fx.com compatibility guide:

Quote from: blueraven on 11/11/2008, 04:25 PMQuote from: Arjak on 11/11/2008, 04:11 PMI agree completely. Do you have the arcade version set up in a cabinet, or are you playing it with a supergun?Quote from: turbo D on 11/11/2008, 03:24 PMI ended up buying the arcade! The only way to get a decent game of AlteredBeast.
Yeah, the Arcade version is by far the best. It has a fun ending that was cut from the Genesis version, and it has more voice work and special effects.

Do you need to know alot of japanese?Quote from: Joe Redifer on 09/07/2008, 12:16 PMThis is my rarest game:are you for real?
also here's a few things i got
while most games i got are not really rare i do find them to be quite fun. blaster master is indeed rare to me because its a special version
And I recognize Ratix! I saw his videos on YouTube where he got the VRC7 to sing through an NES.
Page stretching GO!
Quote from: Keranu on 08/12/2008, 12:30 AMThat one is cool. My set looks a little differen't:Quote from: turbo D on 08/11/2008, 06:29 PMI'm using a 25' Magnavox that Grandma bought me when I was young, heh. Still kickin'. The Tv is still kickin' too! lolz.I'm using an old family Magnavox TV from around 1993/1994, I think mine is on The store we bought it from had a CD-i set up on it (unfortunately I didn't get to witness that myself)! Does yours look like this?
Quote from: Game and Watch Kirby on 07/26/2008, 12:56 AMAlso, is the specific device, by any chance, known as the Kisado (brand)? That way, I would know what I would be looking upon. No, it is officially called the TV GAME COMPUTER CARTRIDGE CONVERTER! The Kisado connector is black with an orange sticker on it. It has been established that the Kisado connector has the greatest compatibility of the available hucard adapters. I've taken some pictures for you to see the differences.
