PC-FX Localization for Team Innocent is released, a pre-Christmas gift!! In a twist, it feels like the NEC PC-FX got more attention in 2024 than any other time I can remember! Caveat: The localizers consider the "v0.9" patch a BETA as it still faces technical hurdles to eventually subtitle the FMV scenes, but they consider it very much playable. |

Quote from: guest on 10/02/2017, 04:15 PMVERY cool, have a link to get one???
It's here!! My copy of Surgical Strike for the Sega CD 32X has finally arrived after a long trip from Brazil. A custom reproduction by VGDB Brazil, this comes with a glossy hard box to hold everything, a pressed CD of the 32X version of the game (which was only released in Brazil), plus instruction manual, poster and an info/history card.
Except for a tear in the top of the box which was covered up by a sticker, production quality looks great. The game ISO was also released by the person who made these repros, but I've been waiting for the full release to try it out and compare video quality against the regular SegaCD one.
Quote from: bartre on 06/14/2017, 11:10 PMI'm not mad, I'm just confused.
Never expected this thing to pop up on Craigslist.
needs a bit of cleaning, but hey, I think I did alright at $225
Great!!! I have the same one.

Quote from: guest on 04/12/2017, 02:08 PMDuh.....Quote from: EvilEvoIX on 04/12/2017, 11:27 AMBut what are you doing to do with the second one?Quote from: gynt on 04/12/2017, 09:10 AMThe fact that I had two was amazing since just finding one was almost unthinkable. Yes having a second controller is nice as well. Also any navigation on the site was slow and I figured if I wasted any more time I'd lose out. It was 30 mins of non stop buy it now button hammering on both my PC and cell phone. I just ended up with 2.Quote from: EvilEvoIX on 04/12/2017, 09:05 AMAgain getting 2 was pure luck.so having 2 show up in the cart was "luck" i guess?
but why purchase 2?

Quote from: Bloufo on 03/02/2017, 11:18 AMJust an MGS Bleemcast disc.I always wanted to try this. I remember reading an article that said that the grafx are improved. how much better are they? Does the game run better? The article I read showed Grand Tourismo and it did look better.
I never fail to get a kick out of the MGS opening tune coming out of the Dreamcast. lol
Quote from: cr8zykuban0 on 03/01/2017, 02:28 PM@evilevolx thanks to income taxes i was able to afford the cab but i got it for 400 and each game under 300 each. Even though aof 3 plays a bit slower, it does make up for its great visuals and beautiful animationsWOW $300 for AOF 3 is a steal!!! The Real bout Series is a favorite of mine as well.

Quote from: Dicer on 03/01/2017, 11:53 AMBaller Status. Two Higher End carts. AOF3 has amazing animation, arguably the best on the system which really says something for a relatively low MEG count (under 300). I only have the inferior CD version that as the cut frames of Animation and SLOW load times.Quote from: cr8zykuban0 on 03/01/2017, 12:34 AMgotta say February was a great month of pickups. These 3 items were definitely the highlights!Makes my belt seems kinda sad in comparison, lol
Grabbed 2 great aes titles for a great price!
Proud owner of a nice neo 25 candy cab!
I do have some PCE games I got on the cheap on the way, no Cabinets tho

Quote from: DQ187 on 02/09/2017, 05:38 PMGot this for free on tuesday from my local gamestop!Beyond cool! How'd you pull this off?Was a pain to move and haul up the stairs into my gameroom but i was pretty excited to get it! The Wii U was my favorite system of this gen and i always liked the look of this kiosk! Got it set up last night and everything works!
Didnt come with the original demo system so i just put mine in it.
Quote from: guest on 01/30/2017, 12:26 AMKiller find!!!! How much were they???
Quote from: munchiaz on 01/25/2017, 06:24 PMGot these records recently. Can't listen to them til later this week, as the record player is packed for my moveI am absolutely in love with Shovel Knight!!! The music is the absolute best, when I bought my PS4 copy it came with a free ITUNES download and it's on my phone now. What a great game!

Quote from: Bloufo on 01/25/2017, 11:28 AMA few things,Killer Haul. Half Life is amazing and I am still waiting for the latest version. Doom is also quite good and I feel an over achievement for the Original Xbox. Excellent Haul
Nice carry case for the NES Classic,
Neo X stick.
"Why?", I hear you say. :p
I can always use it on the PS3.
$10, from a local guy.
oXbox lot for $30,
I'm going to offload all of those, except for this guy,
"Just an NES?", you might say.
Well, yeah, but we don't often run into this variant over in this neck of the woods,
That's not true RGB, by the way.![]()
Composite-like visuals. But that's ok. The system will still get its fair share of use.
The box is beat up, but the console itself is in good shape.
Asian PAL 32X.
Quote from: Nulltard on 01/19/2017, 07:48 AMHopeless. Failing Obama inherited such a strong economy. Sad!This guy gets it!!! FWIW Trump is not the answer, at least not the magic bullet. He is simply a grenade thrown at the Whitehouse by the people who had elected him. That's all I wanted and it's exactly what I am getting.
I love this graphic from the ultra-liberal think tank, the Heritage Foundation.
I love how Obama squandered the year 2000 budget surplus and by 2007 when he set the 2008 budget (before he took office) he had turned it into a 1.5 TRILLION dollar deficit. Thankfully he only had 8 years to fuck shit up. Now that Trump gets sworn in tomorrow, our PEOTUS has already whittled deficits down to $5-6 billion.
Logic! Reasoning!
TRUMP TRUMP TRUMP TRUMP!
Quote from: guest on 01/16/2017, 04:36 PMActually it's a 4:3 but I also have a 16:9 variant as well. When I plug in the Genesis/SNES/Turbo/NES/3DO/ Whatever SD signal it outputs in 4:3 and fills the entire screen like this.Quote from: guest on 01/16/2017, 04:08 PMMost HD CRTs don't have scan lines and it's a 16:9 tube.Quote from: guest on 01/16/2017, 03:42 PMLike I've already said repeatedly, it doesn't matter if you care or not. The fact remains that there's a very good reason to not use such a CRT with a PS4.lol why would anyone think that's a good idea, even with RGB inputs the scan lines would be very out of place.
I don't even think there would be proper aspect ratios

Quote from: 780racer on 09/28/2016, 07:03 PMI am technically 24 hours late, but I think it still counts! A Used (But new to me) 2012 Taurus SHO!Great car, you can make a lot of power with those especially with E85

Quote from: esteban on 07/27/2016, 04:57 PMWow, i never knew that the PCE originally didn't have Turbo Switches!! Is that a rare controller or just a nice oddity to have?Quote from: guest on 07/27/2016, 12:52 PMAwesome!Quote from: DieMonkeys on 07/26/2016, 10:39 PMI got the PC Engine I ordered from Japan in the mail today. Now I just need games or a Turbo Everdrive.Original model without turbo switches even!
I will take that controller from you when you aren't looking.

Quote from: johnnykonami on 06/21/2016, 07:29 PMI picked these up yesterday:Belmonts Revenge has the best music on the Game Boy IMHO. Loved that game had it when it came out.
$5 for Dexterity and $19.99 for CV II, probably the most I've paid for a used game in a while (or a new one.) Labels are in nice enough condition, though the store I bought it from had the nasty habit of sticking price stickers on top of the labels. Passed on a few games I would have otherwise wanted because the risk was too great.Quote from: Enternal on 06/19/2016, 02:40 PMTail Gaitor - 10.62 (See Below)Nice find! Jelly.

Quote from: Medic_wheat on 05/25/2016, 01:56 PMIndeed it does, this one right?Quote from: EvilEvoIX on 05/25/2016, 10:45 AMThese pickups were from last weekend. Simple Garage Sale I visited late at night as they were closing down. Stuff is still out there to be found. All this stuff was just piled in a box and I still can't believe it survived the day. 3 complete NES systems, Power supplies, 5 controllers, a ton of decent games, boxed Mike Tysons Punch Out, a complete SNES MINIWow nice punch out scores.
So does the boxed Tyson game some with the "letter from Tyson"?

Quote from: gheebee on 05/15/2016, 04:06 AMMy friend came over to bottle our last few brews and gave me this:I was given a launch 60GB Backwards compatible PS3 (plays all PS1, PS2, and PS3 games so it is the most desirable model. It had the yellow light of death. I mailed it back to Sony and they mailed me back a new unit with a free game. Amazing
Said that after maybe 30 minutes the console would lock up and then beep and/or flash an LED several times and that if I can make it work again then I'll have myself a PS3. No idea if I'll be able to get it working again but I look forward to at the very least trying to trigger the error with GTA IV so I can hopefully maybe see what the problem is. Haven't played GTA since Vice City.
Quote from: Medic_wheat on 05/13/2016, 09:42 AMPm me what you have in mind.Quote from: EvilEvoIX on 05/13/2016, 09:18 AMNice Craigslist find right by my house. Got me a Vans Shoe box full of "Nintendo Tapes". It popped up and I called it immediately. It's nice that sometimes you can grab games for a good price before a reseller nabs them and then throws them on eBay for $50 apiece. After I grabbed them the guy called me back and said his phone and email exploded. He said one guy was going to drive down with $150 from Long Island and had no idea they were worth so much.I see a double of kid Icarus. Interested in trading?
I paid $80 for these games, 22 carts, so $3.63 a cart which I will pay all day long regardless of title. Rygar is fantastic; Werewolf is also good with pretty grafx and responsive controls. Captain Planet is utter Dog Shit. Spiderman has some really funky controls but there are a lot of moves and inputs for just 2 buttons. It has some cheese to it but you can cheese the enemies too. I got both Metroid variants now so that's cool. The Zelda carts still has working saves too, amazing.
