No, NOT a trick, a Halloween treat! Presenting the Dead of the Brain 1 English patch by David Shadoff for the DEAD last official PC Engine CD game published by NEC before exiting the console biz in 1999! 1: The PC Engine CD-ROM2 can play Super CD-ROM2 games if equipped with the Super System Card v3.0.
2: The PC Engine CD-ROM2 can play Arcade CD-ROM2 games if equipped with the Arcade Card PRO.
3: The PC Engine DUO consoles can play Arcade CD-ROM2 games if equipped with the Arcade Card DUO.
4: The PC Engine LT can play CD-ROM2, Super CD-ROM2 and Arcade CD-ROM2 games if equipped with a LT Super CD-ROM2 Adapter+Super CD-ROM2 unit and appropriate System card. The LT can also be used in conjunction with the PC Engine CD-ROM2 system/interface unit without an adapter.
5: The PC Engine CoreGrafx consoles can play CD-ROM2, Super CD-ROM2 and Arcade CD-ROM2 games if equipped with a Super CD-ROM2 unit and appropriate System card.
6: The PC Engine SuperGrafx can play CD-ROM2, Super CD-ROM2 and Arcade CD-ROM2 games if equipped with a Super CD-ROM2 unit and appropriate System card. The SuperGrafx can also attach to the PC Engine CD-ROM2 unit using the RAU-30 adapter.
7: The Pioneer LaserActive+PAC-N10 can play Arcade CD-ROM2 games if equipped with a Arcade Card DUO and HuCard converter (converter needed for US model only).

I love this controller. The white pc engine controller killed my hands when playing Ys I and II, but this controller definitely changed how I look at PC Engine now. I wish I had it earlier.
