the thing is they get comfortable and bored. They all used to contribute and do great things back in the day.

Look at Sinistron, I read that he even donated a Turbo Express so Nat can figure out all these different fixes and make DIY.

Look at Sin now, all he does is flame. Read his last 200 posts. Not even one helpful or contributing post. Mayve even his last 2000 posts idk. I guess he feels like he had done enought for the Turbo community and now he can just skullfuck everyone.

Not a subject I figured I would go into in detail, but fuck it , why not. After I recommended Mysterious Song be submitted for a impartial review, someone mentioned they would love to see a review of it on PcEngine Hell. That page as it stands, is no longer being worked on in its current form. No more reviews will be added. There are enough TG/PCE review sites up now that it is not even needed. The youtube channel that was related to the site is long gone. I gave it to Quoth09 when I got tired of replying to messages and approving comments. He eventually closed it down too, as he has other channels he needs to maintain, etc. It needed to be done anyway, because the channels point was to promote a site I no longer want promoted. It should be considered a dead site now, and eventually will be gone or turned into something else.

The other thing, my review would not be impartial, and to be honest, I was bored to death by the original pc shareware release, so reviewing that title would be counter productive, both for me, and for the Mysterious Song staff. I am very picky about what RPG's I have been willing to play through, and have maybe played though 8-10 at the most in my entire life. While I cant speak directly for Sini on if he would want to do so, I imagine that currently with his music, work, irl stuff, he simply would not have the time.

Also, I no longer own any TG or PCE related stuff. I sold it all months after I stopped playing it. I simply got tired of playing the same stuff over and over again. I sold off all my Neo Geo stuff too. I mean, come on, I had seen all I wanted to see on either format. There is only so many times I can play through the same stuff. One system I did not get to enjoy as thoroughly as a kid was the Nes, so I collect stuff for that now, buying up games here or there that I never got to play before. The other thing I like about the Nes is it is low maintenance. With all the work I do now on pc related hardware, doing repairs, cleaning etc, posting on other forums about the stuff, I have no more time or energy to pour into systems that constantly need to be maintained. I still play and collect games. I have over a hundred Nes titles currently, and a even larger number of titles for pc dating back from 92 on up that I play.

Maybe one day I will get a TG or PCE again for nostalgia's sake, but it is doubtful given how much space I have, let alone free time to mess with the stuff. And I really want to emphasize on the space thing. I have limited space, and I don't like hoarding, buying shit just to buy it, with no intention of playing it at all or past level 1 one day. Owning shit just to say you own it, its fucking stupid. At that point you might as well be a rich paraplegic with a vast collection of sports cars too, for all the good they will do you. So yeah, if contributing means buying up and hoarding a bunch of shit I know I will never play, and posting about it daily in the "what did you buy today" thread like half of the other "contributors" around here, then yeah, I'll pass...... I'm not that irresponsible with my life or my money. I have better things to spend money on, like feeding and clothing my kids, and making sure they have the things I didn't have growing up.
