[Console Repair/Mod Center / My hori fight commander pad's up button doesn't work any more, any suggestions?]

I've opened it up and I've cleaned the circuit board spot for up, and the rubber pad end with isopropyl alcohol.  I'm not sure what else to try.  I believe I've heard of people reapplying graphite or something to the part on the rubber pads, but I don't know what I would do that with.  Everything else on it works perfectly, it's just the up button that does nothing.  Any thoughts or suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

[Off-Topic / Anyone going to Too Many Games in Oaks PA next weekend?]

I went all 3 days last year and it was pretty awesome, some good panels and such.  I wanted to do all 3 days this year again but couldn't really take the time off work, or afford the hotel stay this time.  I'm definitely driving down for Saturday, maybe I'll return on Sunday haven't decided yet. 

Anyone else going this year?

[Console Repair/Mod Center / Laser getting stuck when trying to load the end section of Ys Book II (PCE Duo)]

So I thought I would finish Ys II today but I've run into a situation.  I'm at the area with the 2 goddess' frozen, and I step up to the one Goddess and the game acts like it's about to load some dialog but nothing happens.  I hear the laser searching and then it stops, as does the spinning of the disc.  At this point it won't load any CD games at all. So I opened it up and none of the gears look cracked, or broken.  So I roll the laser back into the inner part, and it'll load cd games again, but same thing go to the 2 Goddess' section and laser gets stuck on the outer edge again.  Any thoughts?

[Console Repair/Mod Center / TenNoKoe Bank help, seemingly not working]

Hey everyone I just bought a TenNoKoe Bank for my PCE Duo but I seem to be having some problems with it.  When I put it into my Duo and turn it on, I just get a blank screen, just nothing at all.  I have a couple of HuCards and CDRom games and they all work great.  As soon as I put the TenNoKoe Bank card in though I get nothing.  In fact the Framemeister says it's getting no input. 

I know the caps on my Duo need to be replaced (hopefully shipping out this weekend to get done, and RGB Modded).  Could it be because the caps are going?  Is it just that the battery is dead in the Bank, or is it more likely the card is dead?
