No, NOT a trick, a Halloween treat! Presenting the Dead of the Brain 1 English patch by David Shadoff for the DEAD last official PC Engine CD game published by NEC before exiting the console biz in 1999! How hard is it to find the case by itself for sale?

 Depends which case you're talking about.  If you mean the CD setup case,  it's easy as can be.   If you mean one of the regular Turbografx hard cases they're a little harder to come by and sellers like to ask wayyy too much for them.
