Welcome to this forum.  Feel free to talk about homebrew/fan localizations, games, mods, apps/tools, projects, docs, etc. for the NEC line of consoles, however you MUST follow these rules:

Expected Behavior
The Pcenginefx NEC Console Community Forums is a place to hold civil discussions about the NEC line of video game consoles. Heated debates on the forums are welcome, as long as they abide by the established guidelines (listed below). If an administrator or moderator sees that a thread or poster violates these guidelines, the thread may be closed or deleted, and posters may be permanently or temporarily banned from the forum no matter how long they may have been a member.

Transactions/Deals/Trade Policy
pcengine-fx.com is not responsible for any transaction, deal, auction or otherwise that is posted on this forum.  Please use common sense when dealing with people - ask for references, a web site, eBay feedback, talk on the phone, etc.  People have been scammed before, and though this is unfortunate, it does occur so deal at your own risk.  If a deal does go bad, pcengine-fx.com can ban the username(s) from this board and spread the word to other related Turbo forums/groups about the user, but this is the extent of pcengine-fx.com's participation in the matter.

Language
Sexual, racial, or ethnic slurs will not be tolerated in any form and are bannable on the first offense.  We also recommend that cursing be held to a minimum, as it does not promote civil conversation.  Foul language in the form of insults directed towards other forum members may result in a ban.
> Example violations (including, but not limited to): Referring Japanese people as "Japs".  If you want to talk about the Japanese, then spell it out completely.

Keep posts on topic
By posting in a thread, you are responsible for keeping the thread on topic.  Any reply to a thread may be deleted at any time, and without notice if it is determined that the reply doesn't contribute to the thread.
> Example violations (including, but not limited to): Replying with an image; replying with the words "me too!" or similar; derailing the thread to a topic not related to the original post.

No warez/ISO/ROM/P2P links
Posting or asking for warez/ISOs/ROMs & P2P links is prohibited on the forums and is grounds for a permanent ban.
