And fortunately the undamaged goods.  Both sweet ass upgrades for me since I only had the hu for each.

2 complete TG16 games that I needed as upgrades (only had the hu for both).  And as bad as that box was, no damage to the game boxes at all.  Which is crazy considering that it mashed down like an accordion and you could almost feel the games inside.  I got really lucky and Thibaut packed them well enough to save them.

Quote from: War Pig on 06/21/2011, 07:03 PMI was a little worried when I picked up the box......

Looks like someone at the PO had their way with it.  Thanks for packing the games up so well.  Had you not done that, they would have been destroyed.
 Holy moly.
My god, there is not a straight edge on it... cardboard box soccer anyone?
Haha...my thoughts exactly.  When I saw the box, the first thing that popped in my head was the Ace Venture Pet Detective scene when he dresses up like a package delivery guy.  The way he kicked the box around and what it looked like when he delivered it.

So much over priced crap on feebay we're chompin at the bit when people list stuff!

A little bump to let you know I received my games today.  They look great and I'm very happy with my purchase.

No kidding right?  Over 100,000 calories and over 6000 grams of fat.  They go overboard on all their meal preps.  All the video's are pretty funny.

Quote from: guest on 04/19/2011, 08:29 PMUnfortunately, my storage  unit was robbed a few years back and most of my comics were stolen.  I still have a handful of my most prized comics (ones that I kept at the house), but I still feel sick thinking of the 500+ comics that are gone...
Wow...that sucks.  Sorry to hear that happened.  I think I'd be sick every time I thought about it too.

Quote from: Lionheart on 04/19/2011, 07:25 PMSince that was the era I grew up in as well, and my favorite, I looked into it. It seems all our #1's are worthless since they printed so many of them. Unless we start buying em all up and destroying them, they will never be worth much.
Well that sucks.  I figured they weren't worth much, but was hoping I was wrong.

With me right now I have 2 original Spawn The Undead cover art proofs (signed by the colorist) up on my wall.  The covers for Spawn Undead #7 and #8.  These were the final images that were approved by McFarlane for the comic book covers.  And I have a Marvel Spiderman silver edition signed on the front by McFarlane on my wall.  And 2 Amazing Spiderman comics signed by McFarlane and graded.  These are #'s 312 and 318.

I used to collect comics through the 90's.  I was really big into Image Comics.  I have pretty much all of the early release #1's from them.  I kept them all, but haven't seen them in probably 10 years.  They are in storage at my parent's place.  I don't keep up with it so I have no idea if those are even worth anything.  Growing up my favorite comic book hero was Spawn.  I had every Spawn comic made by Image up to I think 1995 (Spawn 1-100 for sure), and all the breakoffs up to that point.
