I have seen some really amazing NES and SNES custom jobs.  For some reason this trend hasn't carried over to the TG16...  including here.  It isn't terrible, but the visible white areas and non-uniform sparkles rub me the wrong way.  This does make me want to see a real quality paint job though.

It is free now on Amazon Prime it seems, so maybe it is good you held off.

In the theaters the Korean and Japanese language were color coded in subtitles, which was helpful.  I heard some versions of the home released didn't do this, but haven't watched yet to confirm.

Basically all of the games are Neo Geo shooters I already owned elsewhere and they are not released physically.  That's why I guess I didn't consider all the shooters on the system, cause I would pass on these.


Also, too bad it isn't Monster Hunter World.  The changes made to the game obviously paid off for Capcom, now they are going backwards.

SNK finally realized most people are derpy when trying to use their ring or pinky fingers on a controller.  I am not a fan of the change because it isn't authentic, but four buttons wide was not a great design choice originally.

Would the game play well with a racing wheel?  I spent more than I shouldve on a wheel setup and am always looking for more games to play with it.  Somehow, a handful of arcade racers just dont feel right with a wheel.

You know the original AES stick is clicky, right?

Speaking of clicky, I really hope the additional pads are as good as the CD pads were BITD.  If they are cheap imitation and don't have the same feel, that would be really disappointing.

I may screw around with the stick for a bit only while the system is hooked to the tv via HDMI.  However, I don't see a way I could comfortably play in handheld mode where my hand isn't blocking the screen.

Um, you said it yourself, he's a moderator not a mediator. His job is only to prevent things from spiraling out of control, not to serve as an impartial referee. Necro's totally entitled to his opinion, and his foul-mouthed way of expressing it. I'd suggest dropping your feud with him, as your job (as a PR person) is to make Polymega look great.

Now, granted, you didn't ask for that video to be posted here, but it got posted. So, your best option isn't to get into a battle over what a moderator's responsibilities are, but instead to say something akin to:

LOL! So far I'm the only one that voted Splash Lake.

Splash Lake is a goody, especially with a friend.  Some of the later maps are almost impossible by yourself.

I beat the game and found all the hidden spaces by myself pretty easily and I'm not the best gamer.  I apparently underappreciate my skills.  Absolutely loved playing through Splash Lake...  but not sure if I ever need to play again.

Voted for Dungeon Explorer, because I am pretty sure the game sucks and it is overrated by everyone.  Maybe if I play it for the fifth time I'll finally get on board with the hype.

Surprising!  Have you tried playing it with a group of friends?

I have never played with friends for more than a few moments, they all suck and die immediately.  I've mostly played on my own.

I have eaten at five star restaurants in many of the food capitals of the world, but I legitimately prefer McDonalds to these places.  McDonald's food is delicious and the value proposition is incredible.  It's not good for you, but everyone knows that.

How much save data can you save on a PC-FX?

I bought a memory unit and it either doesn't work or I am too dumb to use it.  It doesn't seem like I have filled up the space built-in to the system though, so perhaps the memory unit isn't very necessary.

I'm holding out in hope of a full size model with a functional keyboard.  I know it's just an emulator, but I do like self contained systems that do nothing else but play games.  The reviews of the mini are kind of off-putting.  Among other things, I'd like to be able to use a real Competition Pro through a USB adapter.  I appreciate that they advocate loading your own roms, which is awfully nice of them.

This had me thinking, why the mini craze?  It would be a lot more fun to have a MEGA system.  Imagine a NES that is 4x the size of the original, complete with giant NES cart that put the Neo Geo to shame.  Obviously it would be a novelty, but I would pick up a C64 MEGA, Sega MEGA, or whatever MEGA system is available.

When I bought my AES, Eightman was one of the first games I picked up.  This game was at a Super Saver Cinema near me and I loved it in the arcade.  Years later when I saw people had a negative opinion of the game online, I was absolutely shocked.

Vajra 2 is still affordable in Japan.  It's not cheap, but compared to the big boys like TG and RB, its a fraction of the cost.  And one of the best exclusives on the system really.

Paolo is the most annoying game ever made.  The videos are so delightfully cheesy that I love the game anyway, but trying to play this game will have you punching holes in the wall.
