They probably are, remember that Upper Deck was the western Yugioh distributor until they got sued in court for doing counterfeit runs alongside official ones? This was at least a decade ago though.

(we get it already, STATE CAPITALISM BAD), "There is no suspense, only a jerk would not know how this ends." No I didn't watch the movie fully and I'll never will, I'd rather buy their back catalog of propaganda and eat page by page. 3/5. The underlying message is very relatable, making this movie a very depressing one. There are some questionable choices here and too many unecessary depictions of rape which almost makes this movie feel like exploitation garbage at times (which makes this hard to recommend)... the rest of the package is good and salvages the movie though.

Beat Takeshi plays a tiny role here as "A man at a race horse track". Guess he wasn't very famous as a serious actor by then.

Did you ever get the caps redone? Those also affect the lens.  The replacement hopm3 lasers also seem to be a bit weaker than the originals.  650 mb discs are the way to go though.

I think so, I bought it from Galam but he didn't remember if it was done or not. Lots of full size through hole capacitors in the board so I'm assuming yes.

Also I think I celebrated too early, Vasteel still gives me issues loading the title screen audio track at the edge of the disc. This is going to drive me nuts someday. I still think it might be something in the motor's thread, it has some dark stuff in it, not sure if I'm supposed to clean it off or apply more lithium grease. It kinda looks like this pic, but with less "grease" at the beggining of the rotor thing:

The story isn't very complex but it was way more than I expected. I enjoyed this game a lot, wish I knew how to properly kill generals back when I thought this was a bad game.

I think that's seppuku. Although the prospect of being forced to play sudoku until you die is fascinating.

I think Punch intentionally used "sudoku" because, personally, seppuku is far more enjoyable than sudoku.

I need to stop playing this game and commit sudoku once and for all... my kingdom for a horse(back pursuit). I can't kill Kiyomori, not to mention the severe setback I just had with someone going rogue in a campaign where you have the least amount of warlords out of all campaigns... this is very aggravating.

I need to create my own thread for this game to get some fresh advice. Anyone here ever managed to win at this game? Please tell me because I'm starting to think it's impossible in the literal sense of the word.

I bought these Yugioh tins (and had the saddest pulls...) and some ultra pro sleeves. I actually bought the wrong size for my cards (I bought the standard size ones intended for MTG), which was great because I then realized that HuCards fit nicely into them. I wish I knew this sooner, now I'll probably buy a pack of 100 ultra pro sleeves just for my loose games.
