Facebook is fucked, there are only a few things I enjoy, Following Pee Wee Herman and Elvira mistress of the dark and my Canadian cult horror movie group which I really enjoy seeing in my feed with cool cult shit pictures of old movies & memorabilia. Thats the main joy, but I am part of turbo town and turbo repro but I don't get into many convos as your so right it's hard to get into something deep or have some good back and forth when things get buried so fast by the next collection or recent buys getting posted or your old aunt posting some sentimental shit she found on line.

I even have a tg16 spine label page I just added recently but I don't even know how to work it properly. Getting likes is the only joy you get I guess,  it even tells me when people unlike or even view my page and wants me to boost my post to get more attention for $4 a day .

There is a messenger group I am part of that is cool with a gang of old schools from here but it's private thank god but even that you have to turn notifications off or the boys will drive your ringer batty with the shenanigans.

I watched the real ghostbusters last year on netflik.The show still holds up well at least season one does after that the show goes downhill.Though i never got into the toys as a kid i all ways thought kenner could have done better with them.Still,this new line coming by from diamond select toys look way better then the original line 

The retro figures were more then I ever expected with there hidden scare modes and accessories, I still giggle with the hair raising figures and the eyes that pop out, teeeeheeee, but ya that new line looks pretty cool.

Dunno when i was kid i had kenner run of star wars and i like it.I don't know why but i got never got into the original toy-line for,real ghostbusters.Still i like this trend of late of taking toys from the 80's and having them redone with more detail with transformers,he-man motu etc.

I have the original Star Wars from when I was a kid and many years back I almost found them all, I am just short a few power of the force figs. The Ghostbusters figs in comparison are super goofy and I think that's why I never got into them. Some reason I appreciate them more now and love the actions and style of them. Some are super ridiculous but that smile they give me and my kids has got me after them. I hate being a collector sometimes, my kids are turning out to be just like me

Welcome man, finally someone genuine that is excited to play it then what it is worth. Wish I had some extra games to send your way.

When you finally power up this baby and if the CD unit does not spin up leave it on for about 20 minutes, pressing the play button right on the cd unit every once in awhile while your waiting. I had troubles with mine before I got it fixed and this got mine going. Had to warm up and finally spun up after a few presses of the play button.

My hope is that all the guys here who have $10,000 collections manage to leave them all to the same scene and keep them off eBay forever. As has been mentioned, a lot of us bought these games at $50 or less new and could cash in big time at any minute but have held off. I'd like to hold off until the market collapses completely and everything is worthless like it was before.

It would be a trivial thing to modify my will to including raffling off all my NEC shit to PCEFX forum goers with more than 5000 posts. Maybe we need a thread for that...granted, I sold most of my US stuff or traded it away back when the JP stuff was expensive so it's a bit easier for me to give it up but...I'll be fucking DEAD, and I'm not planning on making that transition for decades...

I am with ya zeta, I do hope the market collapses and watch the cold sweats start on the big spenders and gougers. I might not play my stuff as often as I would like but I appreciate what I have and see value in the fond kid memories of always wanting this system, seeing ads in flyers and cutting them out like playboy centerfolds and now owning pretty much all I ever wanted in the TG16 wet dream aisle. Say what? I always thought they were USA releases that with our laws over here had to be bilingual on the printed pieces. Sega or who ever was liecenced to do the box and manuals had to whip up and find room for the French to go. You see a lot of good but a lot of bad results in the end and still do in Canada today.

I did a repro of that map for a few members here but I made sure I put it was a repro on in. It was not super big lettering but could be spotted easily. Like Zero said above the original is a paper, not super glossy but good poster paper.

In Canada, are there no tinted window laws? Car looks very sharp though.

In Buffalo, they pull you over for basically any level of tint, or even for thinking about tint.

Haha well in 2002 in Canada the darkest legal tinting was 35 for the driver and passenger side so the cops could see in, then you could go as dark as you wanted 0/limo tinting for the back window and the back sides. Now the laws have changed ( says my Mitsubishi dealership) a tint of 30 all the way around is as dark as you can go and that is what I have on the Lancer.

Thanks for the kind words on her, I also have a 10 year or 200,000 warranty on it that helped seal the deal, that and I got the tint for free
