[PCE/TG-16|CD/SGX Discussion / Cleaning a Hucard Safely]

I have a few hucards that are dirty and would love to clean the art work.  I've tried water and it doesn't do much.  Is there any cleaner that would be safe to use without damaging the paint?  Also, is it just me or do some hucards have lower quality paint than others.  I have a few, such as Shubibinman 2 that you can easily scratch the paint off the art

Hello Folks,

I am using a PC Engine here in the States and have a step-down converter from 120v to 100v.  I've check this forum/net and there is hardly anything on the matter of adding surge protection.  Anybody actually using a step-down together with a surge protector in the States?  I'm worried about getting a power surge....
