It was a rumor for while there and konami was being hush about it.Any ways it's about damn time to,to begin with i bet konami had to cough up alot of $ to fox so they could release it again :P

I was playing that game at a bar about 10 years ago, using Homer. I got hit by something, and reflexively said "doh!" at the same time that Homer did. I had a moment of zen (or a reasonable facsimile), and walked away from the game.

Our local arcade has(had?) a Simpsons arcade machine, but like most of their games, they don't maintain it, and the graphics are glitchy.
I could probably buy the PCB for what three more PS3 pads would cost, but this is still good news.
