How'd this guy manage to get such a high feedback rating without being banned?

I mean, I know eBay likes to protect crooks who rip you off and true HK bootleg sellers... but they usually go over board removing potentional pirating video game auctions that often aren't illegal/copyright infringing(such as any auction with the word "mod" in it, like A/V mod).

There is some other TG16 emulation CD that shows up on eBay often, and I think even another one.

I've seen it befor heck ebay doesn't care.

It just as bad when people sell bootleg dvds as well.

Ebay afther all is a hideout for pirates.

You shouldn't be so fast to condemn the seller. Perhaps those are reprints. We should ask Optimus Prime about it. ;-)

I use to inform ebay about those kind of things.. but they never did anything.
Corruption is everywhere.

It's one of those facts of life things.  If you don't like it you can either waste your time reporting it, or ignore it.  Everyone has their own ethical standards, but I have to say this guy can do what he wants.  If he gets in trouble by eBay, so be it.  It's a free world - there are lots of people doing things we don't agree with at this very moment.  I don't agree with or condone this sort of thing, but I do agree with this guy's rite to do it.
