Sorry, but I can't help you out. If you ever give up on finding original cases for Raiden and Bonk's Adventure, check out Sparky's awesome stickers (https://www.pcengine-fx.com/forums/index.php?topic=5150.0) for making your own from a donor case.
All caps = you're shouting
Exclamation points = you're excited (who doesn't get excited over Turbobs?)

I recommend looking for a good deals on game lots and just upgrading your games that way and trading off your loosey goosey games over time.
