It is generally bad form to solicit members and moderators for your forum while visiting another. It is akin to trying to steal people away.

Actually I already talk to the mod about this already . I talk to Joe already before I post this thread . And also i am not stealing people from this website . I just see how smart you guys are ?
To be honest, what is even there to moderate on your forum? You have 4 members and no content. Considering you have no activity, I cant see why this isn't a job you can handle yourself for the time being. After you actually bulk up in membership and activity, then just recruit from your own ranks. It will be easier that way.

See last couple of weeks i been slammed with user accounts but they look like all to be spammers /spam bots basically . See i want to work on my site with my html pages and I can't . See when i first made my site i was getting all different type people where posting about shoes and other things it didn't belong there when i updated my phpbb board i change the settings . So can you see why ???

No, sorry, still cant. Unless you actually have real content on there and steady live traffic not involving bots, no ones going to care. Sucks, but that's just how it is.

I am asking for mods only . I am also asking for some cool backgrounds for my site because i not into graphics like kind of artist points i am more on the tech side of it .
I don't think he knows what he wants. This is basically a desperate plea to recruit members, mods, creative minds, etc all at once, anyone and anything he can use, hoping that he'll be able to create a instant forum of his own in the process. Kinda wondering if its business related too, it seems to be. Either way, no one seems to be interested really, but hes not taking the hint. Like I said, meh...
