Saw one at a game store, and didn't catch the name of it, but it says CD ROM 2 along the top and the spine, but it was also in a cardboard long box that is blue. Is this a PC Engine game or something else?

I plan on catching the title whenever I go back, but it was priced at $45.00

I don't think it was those. Checked on Google and Ebay to see the cover art. I guess the only way to be sure is to check the name later today :)

To complete this thread, I would like to point out there was a CD-ROM2 game that game in an oversized box, with a big handbook: The first of Naxat Soft's two Sangokushi turn-based strategy games.
