Hi all! I've been waiting for the other Sapphire raffles to die out before I put this one up.
I have TWO Sapphire boots from Blue that will be going to two lucky forum members. I can't remember why some of these were more "blue-ish" than others, but I have one of each here.
Now the rules (partially stolen from other raffle listings here):
-75 post minimum on this forum AND a member for at least 30 days.
-If you have won a previous Sapphire raffle, you are not qualified to enter this one.
-By entering this raffle, you promise that if you decide to part with this down the road, you will either re-raffle it on these boards or donate it to a good friend that will not run to eBay with it.
-The discs will be shipped free within CONUS. International winners must cover the additional shipping costs.
-Winners will be selected at random on 8/8.
-Just post in this thread if you would like to be entered in this raffle. I will do the number thing in this post that seemed to work well in previous raffles.

Correct me if I'm wrong. If I understand correctly, this bootlegs were made back in the day using the same process as the originals, so they won't cause any extra stress on the laser.

I think you're right but I'm not 100% sure, maybe someone else knows. The original BlueBMW thread explained it but I'm too busy to look it up right now.
BTW, I lowered the minimum post count to 75 for this raffle.

Right. It's a normal pressed cd (not a cdr) and doesn't cause any more blazing lazer stress than any other game.
These bootlegs were definitely NOT made bitd.

These discs are stamped CARE4DATA. Weren't they made at the same time as the counterfeits, maybe early 2000s? Yes I know the game came out in like 1995.
Either way...As I understand it these are pressed discs, not burns, so anyone who is deathly afraid of using CDRs in their system need not worry.

The colours on the two bootlegs are very different - how come?
Honestly I can't remember the reason for the color difference, but I'm pretty sure the answer is somewhere in the original thread (https://www.pcengine-fx.com/forums/index.php?topic=9018.0).
