Comes with everything in the bad photo (blank looking page beside the manual is the registration card). Received this from Black Tiger and I already own a copy so this one is up for raffle.
I'd like this to go to somebody with a PC-FX and who doesn't also have this game. Anybody??? Though anyone interested in getting a PC-FX, has good rep, and minimum 50 post count on here is welcome to enter.

I see how the rules say to a person that owns a PCFX and doesn't own it, I know I only fit 1/2 that bill, so I can be skipped. But +10 FXKarma to Mishran for this generous offer!!
