Took my Turbo up to camp again this weekend, and the power switch was next to impossible to turn on. Had to use a butter knife to sort of wedge it on ,,, Turns off easily enough.
Seems to be clearing the cards well enough, anyone had this problem before.
Open it and see what is in the way. Maybe some piece of plastic or something is in the way. You probably don't want to keep forcing the power switch over if you don't know what is causing the resistance.
MottZilla is correct: you don't want to force the switch.
In my experience, dried yogurt/custard/flan is often the culprit.

i have seen this
the switch itself will jam
there is a detent ball on a spring in the switch.
it dropps into a few holes in the back of the switch frame.
a drop of oil on the ball will fix it. (add oil to holes in back of switch (just a drop))
Just clean it

the oil issue was mostly seen on boards that have been washed
Taking it apart would be the obvious thing to do, I thought maybe this is a common problem, as I recall this happening before with a different unit.
Never popped a turbo open, I have a security bit set that hopefully will have the right bit, or maybe I can fashion my own [I did that with a game cube].
thesteve, are you saying to oil the switch frame with the unit apart ?

the oil goes inside the metal frame of the switch, where the detent ball rides.
look closely at the switch, with the unit apart to see what im talking about
Xray, during the initial cleaning, a toothpick soaked in a solution (60% hydrogen peroxide/10% Witch-hazel/30% Maraschino cherry) works wonders in dislodging gummy/crusty flan/yogurt/custard.
