36 today and best shape of my life. Im hung over and sitting in north carolina airport. Heading home to RI from jacksonville (work trip). My wife gave me tix for zelda live symphony tonight in boston, but problem is, it was last night and she screwed up the dates. So there was two empty seats where our asses should have been. I just ate a terrible dry bagel sandwixh and my flight is delayed. Shaping up to be a real winner of a day for me.
My bday was 10/18. You are clearly trailing behind me! Get your old ass in gear and hurry up!.

happy b day, im 36 but not in the best shape of my life....very sad i have an office job that wont let me get moving . but then ive almost always been fat.
admittedly, now the days are closing in, I'm struggling to get in any cardio, but I've started working out a little, and it's showing already after less than a month. It's probably because I'm quite slim, but I'm not really doing that much, maybe 10 minutes a day? I guess the key is nutrition and coming at it with the right knowledge.
Sorry to hear about you bday galam. Mine was this past tuesday. I was sick and at the doctors on my bday. I still played the shit out of Ys 4 though, so it wasn't all bad. I also went out to get hibachi for dinner, regardless of being sick. Drank and ate away my sickness with some saki and mounds of food.
