Alien Crush case has the manual. The other two are Sparky inserts. Some of these cases have Sparky spine labels as well. A couple of Seymores HuCARD sleeves, two Sparky stickers, and a stack of Sparky spine labels. Also there are a few loose manuals thrown in there, nothing big.
