Everything is no longer available.
I'm interested in trading for or buying a re-capped Game Gear with s-video output.
TurboGrafx-16, TurboBooster and TurboStick all boxed with everything pictured.
Everything has been tested (even the RF switch) and works as it should. Doesn't come with any HuCard sleeves.

TurboGrafx-16 + Turbo-CD with everything pictured: $150 + shipping -SOLD
When I received this Turbo-CD, it worked fine but I was told to place the pictured magnet on top of a disc before playing CD games. It also came with a metal ring (included but not pictured) that I believe is a part for the CD-ROM. After not using it for a year or two, it now lights up with the "PC" light, but discs do not spin. The TurboGrafx-16 works fine and I tested the save file backup feature of the IFU. The hings on the Turbo-CD carrying case are broken and one of the opening tabs is missing. I can include a copy of Keith Courage if you like.

Turbo-CD Interface Unit with PC Engine CD-ROM: $110 + shipping -SOLD
This PC Engine CD-ROM is the whitest I have ever seen. I wound up with it being my only working CD-ROM at one point, and after it dropped a couple CD music tracks during a play through of Star Parodia, I bought a refurbished replacement because I wanted to benchmark Mysterious Song. I played through 4 stages of Side Arms Special today and it didn't drop any of the CD music. The IFU saves files just fine and comes with a Radio Shack brand AC adaptor.

CoreGrafx II lot? I'm sorry but I don't see anything in your post mentioning this.
EDIT: #-o Found it in the PC Engine board.
