Just an FYI for anyone that didn't know, but Scooby got doxxed by some ass on 4chan a couple months back. I know there are a few gnomes on here, but it may have slipped through the cracks.
As a result of harassment (death threats, sexual slurs, people turning up at his house), he decided to disable Youtube comments on his videos, shut down the askscooby forum, and actually relocate (he built his house with his own hands) to protect his family.
The saddest thing for those who don't know, is this is one of the nicest, most genuine people, who has spent thousands of hours helping people reach their own goals, for no profit, and often indeed out of his own pocket.
so yeah, fuck that. I guess it's like someone on here doxxing Beamer.

Fuckin' 4Chan. Why would anyone in their right mind hang out at that place? BTW why are the police not in this matter if he's having to up and move them? If it's that serious there's legal action.

He's just a bodybuilder who cuts through the crap and tells you in basic terms how to achieve your goals. For instance, if your goal is to get six pack abs, you might assume (as I did) that doing a sit load of shit-ups is the answer. Not everyone can afford a personal trainer.
He built a library of videos demonstrating how to safely perform exercises and lifts, always emphazising good form and nutrition, never judgemental, always understanding that there's gonna be someone out there who can't even bench the bar, and figuring out advice for beginners.
TBH, he did say that he's probably done everything he could do for beginners, but it's still a shitty thing to do. Plus the fact that his forum was probably the only place where you wouldn't be scorned (too much) for asking newby questions, and wasn't full of assholes bragposting about their gainz.

Oh, that scooby. Yeah, he's a pretty decent guy, but when you become internet famous though you need to steel yourself for anything though. The people, they are fickle.
I don't really go around 4chan anymore except for the cosplay subforum because all that petty drama is delicious.

For what it's worth, there's a guy on another forum I frequent who actually survived a full blown bullying campaign from /b/ and got out with his dignity and his youtube channel intact, so it is possible to beat those guys.
The internet really does show all that is wrong with the world. :|
