Hey, guys!
I'm looking for someone to pimp out my Turbo Duo. The CD sound takes a while to warm up whenever I let the console sit unplayed for a few days so I figure it's time for an overhaul. I'd love to do everything I need in one go if possible:
complete cap replacement
fixing my loose A/V cable (or maybe mod it for S-video or Component)
modding the Turbochip slot to be region free
Is anyone here in the forums actively doing the work, or can I get some recommendations towards someone who is? I'd really appreciate it. I want to keep this system going for many, many more years =]
Myself, Turbokon, thesteve, chop5, DuoR? and a few others do such work.... I'm too buried to take on anything new right now though. Hopefully one of these other guys will chime in!
Like blue said, several of us can do the work. I'm actively doing these, but I have 4 to 6 week backlog. Others might be able to get to it sooner.
