Title: Looking for someone who can region mod my TG-16.

I already have the modchip. I have a shaky hand and there is absolutely no possible way I could do it myself. I need to region modded so I can use an Arcade Card Pro or whatever sweet PC Engine huey I can get my hands on.

He has one of the tiny obey chips that Turbokon sells.  Kind of a pain to install but yeah... :)
