Title: Street Fighter Hucard with garbled graphics

Got a hucard that displaying garbled graphics. I tried cleaning the contact and lifted them but doesn't help. It would used to sometime loads fine but not any more. Doesn't matter what systems I try it on, it shows the same results.

I have Super Spy on Neo Geo AES which does the same thing.

I have tried 100 times, it is always garbled.

Its damaged. Nothing else you can do to fix it.

Don't just discard such a precious item. Repurpose it! Even dead Turbo/PCE stuff have uses.
