folks,

where is a good place to pick up some Red, Blue and Green RCA panel mount jacks?  I found some here: http://www.vetco.net/ (http://www.vetco.net/)  but they charge $5.50 for shipping and there is a $9 minimum order.  Seems a bit much to me.  All I have been able to find anywhere else are all just red/black (ebay, amazon, etc...)

I use these and feed a standard 3-way RCA cable set into the other side. This way if a system ever needs to be pulled apart again for any reason then the jacks can just be unplugged instead of de-soldering things.

thanks KC.  i would really like the solder type.  i know there is probably no signal lost going female to female like that, but i am a little OCD about this stuff.

I use http://www.minute-man.com/ (http://www.minute-man.com/) but $20 minimum applies but good product. You just need RGB? No audio? I use the gold plugs from there.

And KC as far as disconnecting - I use a little quick disconnect plug between the system and plugs so my systems have the solder mounts but can still be easily serviced for repairs, upgrades. etc.

Yeah, I like that website too. Too bad they don't sell their RCA jacks in RGB 3 packs, though. Gotta be bought individually.

thanks, burn_654.  just placed my order.   great site, i even bought a game.  wish I had seen them 2 weeks ago when i ordered a TE cap kit.  would've saved me a couple bucks.
