Cap .20 to 2.50 depending on source
The 7805 shouldn't be much, nor should the fuse
First try it with the right supply, it may run

A few months ago I did the same thing on my childhood sega master system (picked up the wrong ac adapter and zapped it). I thought I killed the first console I ever owned but thankfully that little 7805 voltage regulator (which had NEC stamped on it  :)) saved my SMS from being sent to the grave. Just soldered in a new voltage regulator and was good to go! Hope your fix is that simple :)
