I just ordered a DoujinDance PCE Duo-R and am really excited. However, I just realized that my Turbo Tap and pad won't work on the Duo correct? What kind of an adaptor would I need to get them working, or would it just be better to buy a multi tap for the Duo?

Terry might be able to hook ya up with an adapter.  If you want to use PCE controllers (six-buttoners, mouse, ave3, etc.), though, you might be better off just getting a Duo Tap.
