Title: New Here Just Saying Hello

Just starting to use this forum.  Had someone recap my turbo cd a while ago but haven't been active. I collect just about anything video game related.  Obvious reason I got into the Turbo Grafx is because of Y's Book 1&2.  Don't have many games for it yet so hopefully here will be a good resource.  I keep track of my stuff on vg collect so feel free to check it out!

Played Y's Book 1 on Master System and loved it.  Then when I played it on the TG my brain melted.  Same with 3 but I played it on SNES.  Any recommendations  for cheap but awesome PC Engine games?  When I had my TG repaired they were kind enough to install a region switch so I wouldn't have to spend a fortune on the US 3.0 card

There are many threads with random game suggestions, but because of the kind of variety of Japanese-only titles, you're better off stating your personal preferences and tolerance of Japanese before anyone suggests any games.

Mostly platformers.  I like all the shooters but the list for those seems to be massive.

Welcome :)  Huge Ys I and II fan too, it was the first game I had played through on the console.

You can't go wrong with Bonk 1 and 2 (3 is also good but not particularly cheap), Aoi Blink, or Schbibinman 1-3.
