You would be surprised...it's drives sales. "Hard to Find", "CIC" (complete in case) "Mint" are all buzz words for these games.
You should also call out that it's a USA release and not the PC Engine version. All the USA turbografx games have Japan counterparts which are generally cheaper since they made a lot more. The only one that I heard is more scarce in Japan is Beyond Shadowgate. If you ever see the PC Engine version, pick it up and list it immediately.

LOL. Yeah, I laugh at all the postings of SEALED games out there. When I worked for Radio Shack back in the day we use to remove all the software from the boxes because people loved to shoplift the stuff. Unfortunately we used to almost always have only one copy and no one would buy it if it was open. If someone brought the empty box to the cash we'd tell them that this is our only copy. Almost always a displeasing face fell upon them and they would start to rethink their purchase. So my boss would ask them if they had 10 minutes so he could check our inventory for any surplus copies. He'd take the box with him only to go two stores down to Staples and have them reseal the game. Then he'd bring it back and sell it and the customer who would be happier that a pig in shit.
