Just though I drop a 'new member thread'
Well, I guess you can say I'm new to the PC Engine, never had one as a kid back in the early 90's, just a SNES and Genesis, considering I think I saw maybe a couple store in the Columbus area sell them.
After watching numerous retro youtube videos, like CGR and Game Sack I really want to start building up my PC Engine collection. I do have some pretty expensive SNES stuff like Demos Crest, Pocky and Rocky and Chrono Trigger all in very good condition CiB.
So now I'm in the market for a Duo, I would love a US Duo, but I know they're really expensive, but the collector in me just wants the US one to have and the JP want to actually play.
Anyways, see ya guys around!
Welcome, comrade! :pcgs:
Please post whenever you play a game, even if you don't make much headway. I'm jealous you have so many awesome games to experience for the first time.
VIRGIN = a good thing.
Hah, yea the games look so fun. I really like the cute em ups, haha.
I'm also buying a XRGB Mini Framemeister to play on my HDTV.
Some of the Ebay auction have 'small sound' Is this fixable with the cap replacement?
Welcome to the forums!
I'll trade you a Keith Courage for that worthless Pocky & Rocky. :3

Haha, ;P
Man, that US Turbo Duo looks so good, I might have to buy one just to have in my collection.
I'm hoping someone here or Doujindance puts a JP one up for sale so I can start playing these games.

Lol, They just look much better :D
Got a question can you run the component mod through a XRGB Mini, or is RGB the only way.
The thing is I want to run it through my computer monitor and not my HDTV, so I don't think the XRGB Mini has component hook ups, just s-video, composite and RGB.
Welcome to you sir. I cant answer your question about the monitor. You could get on a plane ✈, fly east for about 10 hours and welcome to the land of SCART
