Hi everyone, I just finished my wantlist games so just need to buy a console to finally begin the adventure of the PC-Engine! However, I am still undecided to choose between PCE w/Interface Unit, PCE GT and PCE LT. What would be the best choice?I am also a fan of the Neo Geo,Mega Drive and Nintendo in general, very happy to be among you!Eh!
Welcome, eh! I would pick PCE with interface unit and buy a CD ROM for it when you can. There are too many amazing CD games that would be a travesty to not have the ability to play them.

You're thinking of the SuperGrafx. A Duo does not have SuperGrafx capabilities built in, but it does have the Super System Card (3.0) baked in and would likely end up costing about the same as (or less than) a PCE with CD add-on.
