Pretty good price considering someone is trying to trade a loose CDROM2 for a copy of Camp California (a $150+ game at least)  I'm a bit surprised no one has bought this yet.

I am seriously tempted but I don't have the funds to make it happen, plus I already have and RX and LaserActive so I don't really NEEED it.

Well, I sold the IFU, so I'm gonna bump this & hope somebody magically acquired an AV booster they want to get rid of in the past 5 days.

If you just need something to play the games with an AV output, there were some posts of people making aftermarket AV Booster clones.  For example: https://www.pcengine-fx.com/forums/index.php?topic=17927.0 (https://www.pcengine-fx.com/forums/index.php?topic=17927.0) describes a few options out there.
... there was another one similar to this but with the Tennokoe built-in too... can't find it now.
