I have run across this item in my buying and got one for a what seems to be fair price. It has the foam, 4 controllers, turbo tap, Rf mod and power supply. Not sure how to load big pics so I will link a e-bay auction for just the case part. Anyone know the deal on this?

to my knowledge those were used in rental stores and sold to the public. There are like 3 different ones. 2 are molded like that and one is all foam. I have another version that has slots for 3 games, 2 controllers and a tap (as well as all hookups.)
Wait..That is the one I have. It does have the slot for 3 games. there must not have been many of them made. They seem to be scare in the wild.
These cases were made for Matthew Sweet in the early 90's.

I have 2 different versions of this case...one has a molded inside and the other has foam.
I have the 'foam' variant of this case, but have seen both. Unfortunately due to age, the foam has deteriorated and crumbles to the touch. I ended up just removing all the foam and now I store a lot of my extra controllers and turbo taps inside of of it.

2485. Matthew Sweet left two cases on a radiator in NYC apt. It melted/disfigured the cases, making them unusable.
Only thing that catches my eyes in esteban pic is PYRAMID PLUNDER BETA 2.

That has happened to the cases for my Saturn and MegaDrive rental units as well to a degree. You can recut replacement foam relatively easily though, someone did that for a TE case.
