Falcom for the motherfuckin' win! I wonder if his list would change if there were more PCE goodies in English, like Xanadus and later Cosmic Fantasies.
That list was written by an old IRC Buddy of mine named Jeff Davis. He also was an editor at RPGamer, and left RPGfan to join "TheGia.com".

With something like Xanadu sure. He was more interested in game music than how games actually played.
Looks like a good list, but Chrono Trigger should be much higher.
Chrono Trigger should be at least higher than the Phantasy Star games, and in front of Final Fantasy VII.
