Does anyone watch the show or read the comics?
I have heard a lot of people watch it.
I watch the show.
I like it but it's never quite lived up to the pilot episode in that first season. That's what got me hooked.
I happen to do both.
And I molest my issue #1 when ever a new episode comes on.
One day I shall retire off it.
The comics are way better in my opinion, but the show is still interesting to watch.
I've watched many of the shows (though not the newer ones yet), and while they're enjoyable overall, they're not very well written. There's plot holes galore, and too often things happen out of convenience instead of what's plausible.
I love the books, and I hate-watch the show. I really don't like it...at all. But my love of the books makes me come back every week. And, every now and then, the show has a moment that makes me go, "Okay...I guess that wasn't so bad."
But boy, I sure enjoyed the most recent episode where we got to spend 45 minutes watching a bunch of miserable assholes meandering around the woods, crying and trying to see who could look more anguished. That was some fun television...
I prefer the books.

Once I was able to view the show and the comics and completely separate entities I was finally able to enjoy the show mid way into the second season.
I watch the show and enjoy it alright. One thing bugs me a lot though: almost everywhere they go there is grass that's obviously been well kept. How come we never see zombies running lawn mowers?

I may be missing the point but I couldn't get into it. Seems to be the same premise over and over. Some people get trapped by zombies or evil humans . They escape. Someone dies.
Repeat.
Season 1 was much better then the later ones

It's HBO. If it's HBO then there are always tits.
