It's a run and gun by Studio Pixel, the guy that made Cave Story. 7 levels. Similar gunplay and huge bosses just like Cave Story. There's also a New Game+ as well.
You can get it for $5 on iOS, and it has really good controls surprisingly. Or for $8 on PC.
