Hi All, I have the Disc and Manual (non-Greatest Hits) but no rear inlay.

Could someone please take a perfect front and back scan for me?

I highly recommend cdcovers.cc, that's where I found this. (But couldn't hotlink to the download)

Thanks man! It looks like they were both scanned with different settings as they are different sizes.

Any advise on how to match these up?

If you can't get it all matched up, I can just scan mine at whatever settings you want.

The only difficult part may be replicating those perforations on the sides.

They sell perforation tools (they look like pizza cutters) but I'm not really intending to do that anyway. =)

I print on card stock and lightly score the fold line with my coke razor before folding, but has anyone tried a brake?
