Does anyone have a pdf of the manual for this game? It's unfortunate that Video Game Den doesn't have one.

It's a HuCard game that is a mix of Thexder and Metroid, and is obscure even by PCE standards.

However, I have heard that the manual has a map for every single level. This makes playing the game less confusing. I'm not sure if it's like a grid or if it even has marked item chambers, but anything helps.

I thought we had a thread on this topic (trying to document info/basic guide for Eternal City).

I can scan the manual, since I was playing this not too long ago (ha! When the previous Eternal City  thread as active).

Let's see how good my memory is...if I had to put money down, I'd say that the gentleman with the motorcycle avatar (his name slips my mind) was providing some tips/hints on the game?

UPDATE: I just spent the last 15-20 minutes looking for the damn game. I must have misplaced it. I have it somewhere, but it isn't with all my PCE stuff.

If nobody else scans it, I will eventually do it.  Guaranteed.

I should have just found the old thread before scouring my basement.

Just be warned, I don't think the map is 100% super duper accurate, but it's good enough to give you a general idea.  I love this game but damn I wish someone would translate it...
