^ Very sex. Did you find a way to hide the baby bump like the db cards or are those just cards before the eprom has been added and the perspective is ah messing with ah me?

Stop.
Are those mock-ups?
Or actual, working NuCARDs?
Simply gorgeous.
At the begining (~1 year ago), i've made the same pcb as DB, but the mold were far too expensive. (~8000€).
So I've found another way, with a polypropylene (or acrylic) sheet on the bottom (laser cutted).
2 sizes, a short one and a "full" (long) version, the short make the card reflashable (like a flashcard). The "full" can not be reprogrammable (because of thickness).
A little presentation (sorry in French) :

Pictures above are fully working cards.
A TSOP eeprom is soldered on the bottom side.

^^ Holy Shite! That is awesome! No more baby bump!
Welcome aboard! I'm glad you joined up here and have some updates of your sexy hueys.
So the eeprom is exposed on the bottom, even with the plastic sheet installed? Bummer. I'm sure it's plenty robust (no worse than the old design), but I'd rather it was completely enclosed. It's still sexy as hell, of course.
I don't mind the exposed EPROM on the bottom! Out of sight, out of mind!
Fantastique!

baby bump >> hunchback hucard
Unfortunately to make a low cost solution, the eeprom can not be enclosed.
To completely close the eeprom part, it's only possible with a 3D print or plastic injection (mold).
Expensive solutions in both cases.
I do not know how much are DB's elec cards, but surely much more expensive than mine.
If anyone knows the price... i'm curious ^^
I'll open a thread if some members are interested in buying some of mine.
For the moment you'll need a programmer (GQ4x or Willem programmer) but it's planned to make a standalone programmer (hope next year). Too much projects to finish before.

Exactly
The Tatsujin card in black looks totally bad ass!
Thanks :)
Welcome,
Those cards look awesome!
Welcome!!
Those are awesome!! If you ever get in the business of selling translations/repros I am very interested. Right now my knowledge/capabilities prevent me from buying some of those cards for my own use.
Really neat, what you have there, and welcome to Pcenginefx!
