Title: TG-16/PCE & Turbo CD HSC at Atari Age
Post by: CGQuarterly on 12/04/2015, 02:38 PM
Hey guys,

I run the Turbografx/PCE and Turbo CD HSCs over on Atari Age.

http://atariage.com/forums/forum/167-tg-16pc-engine-high-score-club/ (http://atariage.com/forums/forum/167-tg-16pc-engine-high-score-club/)

I was originally thinking of doing a cross-board HSC where I would just post every round here as well, but since these forums are closed to non-members, AA members would have to sign up here in order to see your scores.

So anyway, I am just making you guys aware in case anyone is interested in participating.  The Turbo CD has very low participation, so some fresh blood would be awesome.

Thanks!

How does this work exactly, I am kinda lost looking at that forum as I have never been there.

You just make a new post for what game is to be played and then people play it for 10wks or something? Then whoever submits the highest score wins that round?

2 weeks, but otherwise yes.  10 rounds, 2 weeks each.  Points are awarded each week based on where you place at the end of the round.  Sometimes I send goodies out to whoever wins each season.

HSC = High Score Contest

That is what I have learned from this thread.

Alternatively, "HSC" could be the Welsh word for hysterectomy.
