I don't know if this would be much help to you or not, but I've got an extra round-1 madcatz Xbox 360 Tournament Edition stick and I can't imagine ever needing 2 again. Real sanwa parts, replaced the USB cable a year ago due to use, seemed fine last time I plugged it in.

I've got an extra Neo Turf Masters with a worn, readable label somewhere. I'll look for it, open it up and send a pic of the guts.
I don't think it's a boot but a few seconds of effort will make sure.
