Thanks for the comments. To answer the question on printing .. that's up to you. A glossy paper for flyers is what I've used and it works well. Laser printers will not have the sheen that an inkjet will. As far as size .. it should be size properly to print, fold and insert .. but as with most things you may need to adjust it slightly to the specific printer and/or case you're using.

Does look nice, might have to upgrade my ghetto B/W bubble jet print off I did so long ago. Thanks for the post.
