It looks like the CD Rom ""game"" Bikkuri Man Daijikai.

I say ""game"" because it looks more like a trivia compilation with Bikkuri Man characters (the same that were shamelessly inserted into Wonder Boy in Monster Land).

Ty for the replies, sadly it's a quiz game which is of no use to me, but visually it looked interesting...
