It's seemingly missing the cover (the 'cover' is page 3), so it's hard telling were it came from.  It's similar to the catalogs put out by TZD, so maybe it was put out by Babbages or some local game store chain.  :-k

It looks similar to a Club Turbo catalog...didn't Nulltard scan some of them?

I'm also guessing that it's a known booklet with the cover torn off.
