Thought you all might enjoy it. looks to be katsuhiro otomo, unless I miss my guess! I don't know why he'd do a cover of PC Engine Tsuushin, but it sure looks like his work!

I can't say that it looks *unlike* Otomo but I can't say anything would point me in that direction either. Why do you say it looks like him?

I'm not a huge Otomo fan so I haven't spent as much time looking at his stuff as other people. I did watch Memories the other day and Robot Carnival is one of the best things ever.

And what reads to me as otomo-like about that first one is the colors and the way the lines are drawn! it's almost 100% certainly not him, but it is somewhat reminiscent.

I'm pretty sure they used the Famitsu illustrator that does all the "artist's renditions" of rumoured consoles.
