The literal translation doesn't make much sense and "motteke tamago" is just romanization of the moon runes, so what's a good 'real' title for it in English? I'm looking for something that'd fit, something that could easily have been used back in the day had it been brought to the US. I started off with Wild Goose Chase, but there's no geese involved (I think they're all supposed to be ducks), so Dan suggested Wild Duck Chase or Duck, Duck, Egg. I kinda like the latter, but I'm open to suggestions.

I'm no good at this, but a few thoughts:
1) "Egg Chase" or "Egg Hunt" would be literal, so that's what you have to start with.
2) Duck needs to be incorporated somehow, and maybe riding off of NES' "Duck Hunt" could be possible, i.e. "Duckling Hunt" ?

There's a few mentioned that I like (namely Mother Duck, Egg Scramble, Quack Scramble, and Hatchling Havoc), but is there any general consensus on which one(s) fit best? Y'all came up with a lot more suggestions than I was eggspecting, but if we can narrow it down a bit I could stuff the finalists into a poll for voting.
By the way, the name really is going to change if something good can be chosen. This isn't some what if, pie in the sky question.

This name fits because the game involves running around depositing eggs with ducks. It's a pun on the name of a childrens game that also involves running around called Duck, Duck Goose.
Wild Duck Chase:
It kind of describes the game in that you control a duck, who is wild and chasing eggs around. It's a pun on the phrase Wild Goose Chase.
Scramblin' Eggs or Egg Scramble:
The game involves scrambling around gathering eggs. And it's also a play on Scrambled Eggs the name of a popular dish/style of cooking eggs.

So もってけ (motteke) would be something like "Bring It". In this context, it would be something like "Bring on the eggs". But who cares. I'd call it Undeveloped baby fetus party+
I personally like Hatchling Havoc the best so far.
My only contribution would be like, "Duck Dash" or "Dashing Duckies" or the like.
