I've played through the English SNES version quite a few times, but I was playing the PCE version last night and was wondering if it's halfway unplayable with just the two button pad? Cause every time I die I can't get off the Game Over screen and am stuck with the Select+run soft reset.
I don't recall having that kind of problem. That's really wierd. :?

When Game Over is on the screen, press select to get to the Item/Rest/Save/Load/File I/File II Menu. Go to the file you want to load and then press button II. Then go to Load and press button II twice.
Do the same thing to save (except go to Save instead of Load after selecting the file, obviously).
